Lashes grow in natural cycles - the serum extends the active growth phase, so results build progressively:

• Weeks 1–2 Conditioning begins. Lashes feel softer, less brittle, and look shinier.
• Weeks 3–4 First subtle improvements in length or thickness for many customers.
• Weeks 6–8 Visible improvements in length, fullness, and curl retention.
• Weeks 10–12 Full growth-phase results. Switch to 3–4× per week to maintain.

Results vary with age, genetics, and lash health. Consistent daily use is the single most important factor.

Apply to clean, dry lashes using the precision applicator, a single thin stroke along the upper lash root from outer to inner corner. Allow 1–2 minutes to dry before applying makeup or lying down.

When to apply: We recommend applying at night as the final step of your evening routine for maximum absorption. The serum can also be used in the morning under makeup - allow it to dry fully before mascara or other eye products.

Once daily is all that is needed. The serum can be used up to twice daily, morning and night, but this will not accelerate the growth cycle. Night-time is recommended for maximum absorption.

Maintenance phase (Week 12+): 3–4 times per week to sustain results.

Your lashes will not fall out. The conditioning benefits mean lashes continue to look healthier and fuller than before you started - they simply won’t maintain full growth-phase results without continued support. Over approximately 2–4 months, new lashes gradually return to their natural pre-serum rate.

After week 12, reduce to 3–4 times per week to maintain results long-term with minimal product use.

Under makeup: Yes. Allow 1–2 minutes to dry before applying mascara or other eye products. The serum acts as a conditioning base that reduces brittleness from daily makeup wear.

After a lash lift or tint: Wait 48 hours before resuming serum use to allow the lift to set.

With lash extensions: Yes. Apply carefully along the lash root skin, avoiding the adhesive bond. Keeping natural lashes strong reduces shedding and extends the life of extensions.

Yes. Remove contact lenses before applying and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting.

With twice-daily use, a standard bottle lasts approximately 6–8 weeks. With once-daily use it lasts longer. Once you switch to the maintenance routine (3–4× per week), the same bottle lasts considerably longer still.
