What products does Trinsic sell?
Trinsic offers three products: Trinsic Natural Lash Serum (an eyelash growth serum), Trinsic Natural Brow Serum (an eyebrow growth serum), and Trinsic Enhancing Brow Gel (a clear conditioning brow gel). All three are prostaglandin-free, vegan, cruelty-free, and made in the UK.
Are Trinsic serums prostaglandin-free?
Yes — all Trinsic products are 100% prostaglandin-free. We use no bimatoprost, isopropyl cloprostenate, or any other prostaglandin analogue. Our formulas are powered by five targeted peptides, biotin, caffeine, and natural botanical extracts instead.
What are the key ingredients?
Our lash and brow serums contain five peptides (Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1, Myristoyl Pentapeptide-17, Acetyl Tetrapeptide-3, Myristoyl Hexapeptide-16, and Myristoyl Tetrapeptide-12), plus biotin, caffeine, castor oil, hyaluronic acid, panthenol, chamomile, aloe vera, green tea, and more — 36 active ingredients in total.
Are Trinsic products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All Trinsic products are fully vegan and are never tested on animals.

Results & Expectations
How long does it take to see results?
Most people notice the first visible improvements within 3–4 weeks of consistent daily use. Full results — maximum length, thickness, and density — are typically achieved by 8–10 weeks.
Do lash and brow serums actually work?
Yes. Peptide-based serums stimulate the hair follicle, extend the growth phase of the hair cycle, and strengthen the hair structure. The key is consistent, daily application. Our multipeptide formula addresses growth, strengthening, and conditioning simultaneously.
Will my lashes or brows fall out if I stop using the serum?
No — your lashes and brows won't suddenly fall out. If you stop using the serum, your hair will gradually return to its natural growth pattern over a few months. New hairs will simply grow in at their pre-serum length and thickness.
Can I use the lash serum with eyelash extensions?
Yes. Trinsic Natural Lash Serum is compatible with eyelash extensions. Apply to the lash line only (where your natural lash meets the skin), not to the extensions themselves. Our prostaglandin-free formula won't interfere with extension adhesive.
Is the lash serum safe for sensitive eyes?
Yes. Our prostaglandin-free formula is designed to be gentle on sensitive eyes. It contains soothing ingredients like aloe vera, chamomile, and allantoin. We always recommend doing a patch test before first use if you have particularly reactive skin.
Can I use the lash serum with contact lenses?
Yes. Remove your contact lenses before applying the serum, and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.
Can I use the brow serum on over-plucked eyebrows?
Yes — this is one of the most common uses. The peptides in Trinsic Natural Brow Serum can help reactivate dormant follicles that have stopped producing hair due to years of plucking, waxing, or threading. Most people see visible regrowth within 3–4 weeks.
Can men use Trinsic products?
Absolutely. Our serums and brow gel are unisex. The hair follicle biology is the same regardless of gender, and the formulas work equally well for men and women.
What's the difference between the brow serum and the brow gel?
The brow serum is a dedicated growth treatment — apply it morning and evening for maximum lash and brow growth. The brow gel is a dual-purpose product: it styles and holds your brows in place while also conditioning them with peptides, biotin, and castor oil. For best results, use both — serum for growth, gel for daily styling and conditioning.
Can I use the brow gel for a laminated brow look?
Yes. Trinsic Enhancing Brow Gel provides the hold and sheen needed for a salon-style laminated brow look at home, without the chemical processing that professional lamination involves.
How to Use
How do I apply the lash serum?
Apply one thin line along the base of your upper lash line using the built-in applicator, after cleansing and before moisturiser. One dip of the applicator is enough for both eyes. Apply once in the morning and once in the evening for best results. Allow 1–2 minutes to dry before applying other products.
How do I apply the brow serum?
Brush a thin layer through each brow using the applicator, focusing on any sparse or thin areas. Apply to clean, dry brows morning and evening. Allow 1–2 minutes to absorb.
How do I apply the brow gel?
After your brow serum has absorbed, dip the spoolie into the gel, wipe off excess, and brush through your brows in an upward and outward direction. The gel shapes, holds, and conditions in one step.
How long does one bottle last?
Each bottle of lash serum or brow serum typically lasts 6–8 weeks with twice-daily use. The brow gel lasts approximately the same.
Can I wear makeup over the serum?
Yes. Once the serum has dried (1–2 minutes), you can apply mascara, eyeliner, brow pencil, or any other makeup as normal.
Ingredients & Safety
Do Trinsic serums contain parabens or fragrance?
No. Our formulas are free from parabens, synthetic fragrances, sulphates, and prostaglandins.
Are the products safe to use during pregnancy?
We always recommend consulting your GP or midwife before using any new cosmetic product during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Our products are prostaglandin-free and do not contain ingredients known to be harmful during pregnancy, but professional medical advice is always best.
Could I have an allergic reaction?
While allergic reactions are rare, they can occur with any cosmetic product. We recommend doing a patch test on the inside of your wrist 24 hours before first use. If you experience redness, swelling, itching, or irritation, discontinue use immediately.

Shipping is free on all UK orders.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Refunds
How do I return a product?
Email us at hello@trinsic.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
