Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Trinsic purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unopened, in its original packaging
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Refunds will be issued for the product price only. Original shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the faulty or damaged product

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Your Statutory Rights

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of this policy.
