β οΈ Delivery Issues
Not arrived? If your order hasn't turned up within the estimated delivery window, let us know and we'll chase it up with the carrier straight away.
Arrived damaged? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund β no fuss.
Returned as undeliverable? If a package comes back to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll get in touch to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
