At Trinsic, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. This policy sets out our shipping rates, delivery timeframes, and what to do if something goes wrong along the way.
UK Shipping
We offer flat-rate and free shipping options for all orders within the United Kingdom.

If your country is not listed, we are unfortunately unable to ship to your location at this time.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a separate email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your order's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
VAT, Duties & Customs (EU Orders)
All Trinsic orders shipped to the EU are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means VAT and any applicable import duties are calculated and included in the price you pay at checkout.
Your order is pre-cleared through customs before delivery, so there are:
- No surprise charges on arrival
- No additional fees payable to the carrier
- No customs paperwork for you to complete
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Delivery Issues
We want every order to arrive in perfect condition and on time. If something goes wrong, please get in touch and we'll put it right.
Order hasn't arrived. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated until the matter is resolved.
Order arrived damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a clear photograph of the damaged item and its packaging. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order returned as undeliverable. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply in these circumstances.
